How installers are checked

Before any installer receives a homeowner's request, we check the following.

1. License. We verify the installer's CR-41 Septic Tanks and Systems license against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors lookup. (Source: Arizona Registrar of Contractors license classifications, checked October 2026.)
2. Insurance. We request insurance documentation.
3. Service area. We confirm the installer works in the homeowner's area.
4. References. We request references.

We do not publish any installer's name until that installer has been selected as a partner and has agreed to be named.
